Listen to it!” Together with my wife Monica Steiner of Lifestyle Solutions, we had the privilege to address a crowded room of athletes and professionals at Heed Physique in Cordoba, Argentina. After judging the first INBA Latin American Championships (natural bodybuilding) there, we spoke on combining Eastern and Western healthcare principles of Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Herbs, and Oils to improve elite performance, strength, and healing.
